1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the facilities, services, and gaming products provided by Gateway Casinos Innisfil (the "Facility" or "We"), you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms, please do not access or use our Facility.

2. AGE RESTRICTION

All gaming activities are restricted to individuals who have attained the minimum age of 19 years (the "Minimum Age Requirement").

3. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

You acknowledge that your participation in any form of gaming is voluntary and entirely at your own risk. You must not gamble more than you can afford to lose.

4. ACCOUNT LIMITS AND RESTRICTIONS

To promote responsible gaming, we may limit or restrict accounts based on various criteria. We reserve the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in cases of suspected misuse or non-compliance with our rules and regulations.

5. GAME RULES AND PAYOUT STRUCTURES

We ensure that all electronic gaming machines comply with the minimum Return to Player ("RTP") requirements set by the regulatory authorities. Table games use regulation equipment inspected on a weekly basis, and certified Random Number Generators are used in our Electronic Gaming Machines.

The Facility utilizes multiple layers of security measures, including 24/7 surveillance (300+ cameras), encrypted payment terminals (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant), secure cash handling protocols, and regular maintenance to prevent any potential breaches or disruptions.

8. PLAYER'S CARD PROGRAM AND LOYALTY REWARDS

Our Player's Card program is a loyalty rewards scheme designed to recognize and reward our valued customers for their gaming activity at the Facility. The terms and conditions of the Player's Card program are set forth in these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility requirements, point accrual rates, redemption processes, and expiration policies.

9. RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING TOOLS AND SUPPORT

We promote responsible gaming practices through various tools and resources available at our Facility. If you feel that your gaming activity is negatively affecting your life or the lives of others, please seek assistance from our trained staff members or visit our dedicated responsible gaming support area for guidance.

10. MODIFICATIONS AND CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions as necessary without prior notice. By continuing to access or use our Facility after any such modification is made, you agree that your continued access or usage constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws in force within the province of Ontario, Canada, and all disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Innisfil, Ontario.

By accessing our Facility or participating in any form of gaming activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
